My Favourite Smoothie Recipe :)

So recently I have been trying to make a conscious effort to eat more healthily. This was quite easy for me to do as I never eat breakfast anyway so I added a smoothie in there, and just swapped the unhealthy food (mostly chips) for more veggies. Anyway as I have been trying out lots of different smoothies I thought I would share my favourite one with you.

This is a very basic but delicious smoothie:

  • 100ml of coconut water
  • 1 banana
  • 5 strawberries
  • 1 teaspoon of chia seeds
That's it... you just need to blend it all together and enjoy! Little tip when making any smoothie containing banana, if you freeze the banana first its more like an ice cream texture when added to a smoothie and is delicious.

  1. That sounds yummy! Strawberry and banana is a surprisingly good combination. Good for you, making an effort to eat healthier! I'm glad you're having a fairly simple time with it :)
